I won't tell you everything, just know that its a special night at a special place designed for two people in love. Service, food, location cannot be beat. I got it to surprise my wife for no particular reason and ended up surprising myself. If its windy you may be shortchanged on the number of candles.
I've got it booked as a surprise for our wedding anniversary in December.

I have it booked as well - October though. Having a hard time keeping it a surprise.
We did the 100 Candles back in April. It blew away all my expectations! My wife was in awe the entire time.
You will be served a lot of food - try to save room for dessert. This was one time I was sorry that our hotel room didn't have a fridge, because we had to leave some leftovers behind.
