Thank you TiCtOC. I communicated briefly with the lady from Sunshine Foundation, via email. She answered my inquiry by saying "I think I know who you're talking about, but he doesn't live in BNWalk anymore." to which I responded..."Yes, he moved back there a few months ago." She also said she was leaving for Jamaica "soon", so I don't know exactly what that meant (soon come??). I have written her again asking her if she has been a BNWalk, as yet, and does she have any news. I am not getting ANY response from her.
Collin and I have had a love affair for nearly 20 years, and he calls me 2-3 times a week. With no cause or explanation, he just dropped totally off the radar. This has NEVER happened before. Even when his phone got zapped by lightening, he found someone's phone to call and let me know he was alright. Should you make contact, PLEASE give him my number (maybe his phone was lost/stolen) (828)290-0210, and tell 'im mi laaaang fi 'ear 'im vice!!!

No, actually I haven't had a chance to call JahB. My cell phone is really lame and doesn't allow ANY intl. calling, or even cards to do so (that I'm aware of). I am also up to my arse in blessings with a new job with huge responsibility. Just started a month ago, and I'm addressing the entire company to introduce the new operating system on Monday. So, I haven't had even a second to find someone to beg a call from a land line. I will link him soon. Just so grateful to know he is alive and well.

He also looks like the same man that we bought a hanging bird carving from at the end of This past August. We were staying at Rondel and saw him a few times each day. Very nice man, always a smile.

Sorry about hi-jacking the thread.
Does any one have a picture of the bird carvings they could post? Bet & brought home some small carved birds that on a small stand a few years ago. Our daughters dog chewed them up and these sound like they may be a good upgrade.

Again I apologize for the hi-jack and I hope your quest to find Collin is successful.

This thread seems a bit disingenuous. First we have an urgent plea to find the dearest of friends who have talked several times a week for the past decade. Boardies came to the rescue and found information about the person. And finally "I haven't had a chance to call", "My cell phone is really lame"!!!!! If it was that important, you would have found the time and means to call your friend.
