Urgent Plea

Bud, my thoughts and prayers go out to your family. The power of prayer can NOT be underestimated. Collin and I began calling each other "Pootoos" (no Earthly idea how to spell it), but yes "Darling/Sweetheart," many moons ago. We just shortened it to "Poots" for convenience. Collin told me he did see one gyal pon di beach wah luk jus like me, and he almost called out to her "Poots?", but alas, she was with another man...and of course, it wasn't I, the original "Poots!"
Wishing everyone who is "wishing they were a' yahd" a wonderful weekend, wherever you may be. Jamaica, soon come, soon come!

Kim - I am happy you were able to track each other down, and hope all is well with your Mom. I know what it is like to be stressed with family medical problems. This is a big weekend/Monday for our family - my nephew is donating a kidney to his father with surgery scheduled for this Monday. Once I know all is well, I will be able to plan my next trip to JA (hopefully for a couple of months this winter - retirement is great for having available time).

Either I'm mest up (prolly) or the board is playing trickster, but I think I responded to several of you with my gratitude, and somehow, my responses went to responses to other posts (in the same thread). Maybe I'm hitting the wrong respond button...lol...Well, thanks to all warm wishes from those who have responded.
