OMG that boardie name is hilarious.Tanfastic.....I am at Catcha Gardens which is further down West End from Catcha Falling Star but I will be around town and hope to meet you. The recipe is very easy......boil the lasagna noogles and let them dry a bit. Make the bechumel (melt 5 tbsp butter, add 4 tbsp flour to make a paste and let it cook a minute or two until sandy colored, then add 4 cups of milk). Sautee some veg - I used calaloo, carrot, sweet peppa, onion, garlic (lots) and cabbage. Then just layer noogles, veg, sauce and mozzarella cheese and then top with more cheese. Seven million calories but very delicious (lol).
