The Wisconsin chill has me thinking about Negril so I thought I'd post pics of our recent trip to Bentley's Crabhouse. To this day, it's still the best meal I've had during all of my visits to Jamaica. Bentley's a great guy & amazing story teller. Give him a call in the morning to set up your evening reservations but get there before sunset to appreciate the view. 876 393 6768.

Those are his crab cake servings with "five things on the plate" .... Still talk to Bentley just about every day from the USA, he is so incredibly friendly .... Good chef!!!

Mine on the other hand looked like I hadn't even touched it though I felt like I had been eating for hours!
It was soooooooooooooooo yummy. Can't wait to go back in December!
