Somewhere around 28 or 29 trips since the mid 90's. Looking so forward to adding one more to this number in December!! It truly gets better every single trip!

Oh Geez...I lost count. Maybe in the 50-ish range? My December trip will be the 6th this year...Thinking about getting a job with the airlines to support my habit!

Hey I'm catching up with y'all... I'll have 2 under my belt come April! Never knew how important getting away alone with old man was until this past July. I am so happy that we chose Negril as our first trip together... 15 years of marriage & five kids! It was hands down the most special thing I've ever done ... behind the birth of them youngins'! I will admit that I am extremely jealous of all of you... especially the ones who experienced JA in the 70s!

63rd trip at the end of October. A group of 40+ started traveling to Jamaica 19 yrs ago. Next April will be our 20th year!! Obviously I have gone back quite a few times on my own. Just can't stay away!!

Back in November 2000, I posted what is probably one of the last photos of the old Wharf Club before it was renovated. You can still make out the "The Wharf Club" Wharf Club sign, as well as the "A Disciplined Club" tagline! Thanks for the story!

What a coincidence! I'm reading Banana Shout (autographed by Mark Conklin) for the 3rd time right now. The first time my husband took me to the Wharf Club I wanted to turn around and walk out. It was daytime but very dark inside with a few shady looking characters drinking. We ended up having a few beers and had a great conversation with the shady characters there. Can't judge a book by it's cover I guess.
