First time running and your going for 6 miles!! Yikes! I used to run that and, for me, it wasn't easy; doable, but not easy, running all 6 miles. And that was after miles of building up the stamina. Good luck with your running, PGW

What? No stinking beer breaks.. You have to drink and run at the same time..just like chewing gum..you can do it
I'll be doing the whole shebang.........26.2 miles.
