Great little hotel on the cliffs. I've heard that Charlie has sold it though meaning a new owner coming in the new year...

We just returned from another week at HSH. Let me just say that big changes are underway - in a good way.
Everything is being spruced-up, while retaining the rustic charm of the property. All of the buildings are being painted, inside and out. Masonry is being repaired. The lighting inside the rooms are being replaced. Outdoor lighting is being installed around the property and on the cliffs. The restaurant is getting fixed up. And finally, 2 NEW CLIFFSIDE ROOMS are being built. The place is going to look great once its finished. They planning to have most of the work done by early November, as they have some big bookings that month. I think MoFromMonroe will be one of the November guests.
Yes we will be there on the 17th. Staying in the Penthouse #12 for 3 nights before moving to the beach.
Ellen-if you want to send me your email address I'll tell you what we think of it when we return. I will say if it is half as good as Mike and Guiriguy say it is; it will be wonderful.
in over 25 yrs we have never-NEVER heard one complaint about that place...they must have it right!

@Jim Donna- Hahaha We are so excited. It's our first time staying on the cliffs.
We'll be staying @ HSH for the first time November- can't wait!!!!
