Fresh fish is what I love and crave when back in US. And calaloo is another item I LOVE and can't find where I live. And patties........Most else I can try to recreate (and I do try lol).

To me tomatoes are always exceptional here ALWAYS so that homegrown taste every time spoils me too. Same with banana, oranges, pineapple and mango......best I ever tasted so far :-)
