Looks like I'm way late to the game but yes...Cozumel for sure. I was there many years ago. We found the Bob Marley Bar after having spent the afternoon at another place down the road. It was starting to get and late and there was no electricity on that side of the island so we just stopped and took some pictures then headed back to our rental.
