Just was surfing the net and saw that Mr. Ted Plummer, owner of Roots Bamboo, " The finest in rooms and campings ", was murdered back in June. His was the first place I ever stayed at in Negril, way back in 1985, when my wife and I came down for a week of camping in the middle of a cold prairie winter. Since that time, nothing recently however, I have camped at Roots a few times even bringing down my two small children on occasion to live in a tent. He was an awesome guy. Its so sad he was taken from us in this manner. My heart goes out to his family and friends.
