It has been 25+ years since I have spent the Christmas holidays in Jamaica. I know that Dec. 26th is a big holiday. Will most of the restaurants & bars be closed in Negril?
Most restaurants and bars are open but HiLo and Valuemaster are closed. Little grocery stores like Shamrock are open Christmas and Boxing Day.
This will be our first Boxing Day home in 25 years.........
Food and drink and cricket will be readily available.......

but in our Negril area there will be places open that deal with us tourist......

Yes, make sure you have some cash and other stuff before. Cambio and banks all closed thosae days, and have heard sometimes atm,s run out of cash.
