New hospital?

Last reach I read in da paper dat der might be a new hospital built with a 200 million gift from the usa. Has anything happened on this? spose to be between negril and mobay.

It is still a work in progress to raise funds. Estimated need is $200 million US dollars, not sure how close they are to getting started.
