I do not know about ribs, but that pork is some of the tastiest I have EVER had. And the Red Stripe is SO COLD~~It is a must do for us when we are in Jamaica. Here is a funny story:
Jim and I were going to the Red Dragon and took a newbie with us. We all ordered pork. While eating I look over at the new guy, he has tears running down his face. A local ask "Whats amatter mon, ya momma die?" Well he thought the yellow ring in the pork was CHEESE........well it was a ring of Habanaro pepper..............what a good belly laugh we had.
