The eye of hurricane sandy made landfall on the southeastern coast
of jamaica near kingston at approximately 300 pm edt...1900 utc.
Maximum sustained winds at landfall were estimated to be 80 mph...
130 km/h.
Kingston took a direct hit big time......jah bless those in Jamaica dealing with Sandy.........

We are on the cliffs - windy but very light to no rain at all.
Our wifi at Catcha is still up and running...
Thanks for keeping us updated! When I saw that the webcam was down at Ricks...I started to worry again. Many blessing sent to all and may the folks on the east side of the island have our prayers. Hopefully, it will pass on before more damage is done. Jah protect all of our friends and loved ones in ALL of Jamaica.
