Tropical Storm Watch Issued for Jamaica, Oct 22/12

talked to Bentley who was in Black River pulling his Crab pots and heading back to Negril and him said the wind is really starting to pick up and all kinds of debris is in the roads and there has been a drizzle throughout the night and this morning........him said the weather in Sav was not quite as bad as Black River.......the Digicel network is still working but it took a couple times to get thru to Jamaica........texting on the Lime network doesn't seem to be working........sounds like the further you are away from Negril the worst the storm is.......
