Digicel is stil working in the Bluefields Bay area and Negril.......
I believe Digicel has generators thus no problem as yet......
Lime is a different story.......no Lime......at least for this guy
the wind is really gusting big time in Negril and Bluefields Bay right now.......rain not much of an issue
