Hey we're here and the airport closes in an hour so we may as well make the best of it. Dennis and I consider it extra bonding time ;-)

What ever resort you are staying....trust mi mon...they will know the runnings. I have never been there for a full pledge hurricane, but many years ago in mid July, a hurricane was on it's way. Sea's were angry, winds blowing...and I will have to admit, I was a little afraid. Well, maybe a lot.
At that time we were at Xtabi, and they were totally prepared. All of us gathered that evening and were ready to battle out the storm. It was then, that I realized, it's going to be ok. At least everyone here is bonding together, the resort has our back and might as well kick back and enjoy the hurricane party. Anyhow, the storm continued then suddenly turned...so not a direct hit. However, being a West Virginia gyal, this was ALL new stuff for me!!! Thankfully, the storm moved from the Mobay area and out to sea. The next day was the MOST incredible day ever. Perfection to the max.
SO, hang in there and you will be amazed how quickly everyone bonds together. Keep us posted...many blessings sent!

Trust in your hotel to help you out and just take the advice Bella Bea gave..(have a hurricane party-many people do)Go with the flow, Not much else you can do when Mother Nature is in charge.
