Do we need steel toe shoes?

Steel toes and maybe a helmet. Thought it was just me too. One day on a walk on the beach I tripped over a good sized rock in the sand. Stumbled, jumped did everything but fall down. Jacked up 3 of my toes real good blood coming out and everything. Wife was laughing as I cursed up a storm and limped in a circle. Made my way down to the water and soaked as I limped the rest of the walk on the beach. Have a nice trip? See you next fall....
