my wife and several friends heading down soon and the organizer has stayed there so no choice . we are experienced Negril travelers so know the ropes there. we usually bring small bills as well as change money to J. wife does not want to change cash so wondering if the hotel and the general area is any different as far as handling us dollars as it is in Negril?
