you need a driver to take you to the south coast thru Belmont, Bluefields till you get to Black River, then arrange a short boat ride out to the bar, it is awesome, be prepared there is no official washrooms out there, bring a towel to sit in the boat, otherwise you will be picking fiberglass slivers from your ass for days from the fiberglass boat seats, great snorkeling too, soon come
