Anybody that has stayed at the palms?

I stayed there a couple of years ago...new owners had just taken over...it was great! I loved my room (newly refurbished, great cotton duvet).....I have stopped by there for coffee in the am when I was in Negril in Feb and June..things seem to have changed...not as "taken care of" as I remembered and not so many guests about. That is really as much as I can offer, but I thought it was better than nothing
