    Roy's Report - Day 5 - Move to Catcha

This was a bitter sweet day for us. We both fell absolutely in love with Coco La Palm. As much as we hated to leave, we knew we were going to a special place on the cliffs - Catcha Falling Star.

    But first breakfast.

Time to say our goodbyes to Weatherman and Mi Lady.

    And our wonderful housekeeper.

    Sad to leave.

A quick cab ride and we were at Catcha. Our room was not quite ready, so we did a little exploring and had some lunch.

A picture with Rick's Cafe and the Negril Lighthouse in the background. My favorite "Mikey Dread" t-shirt too.

They sure make one heck of a margarita here!

I had the escovitch snapper for lunch.

A look at the Catcha suites. We had Aquarius (top floor, middle room).

This is the view from our veranda. I still can't get over how breathtakingly beautiful this place is. Pictures do not do it justice.

The waves were absolutely enormous. This one is right over the roof at Ivan's. Wow.

Marley - this one is for you. (they had to close Sagi and put the people into a different room.

    RR-
    Two things:
    1) It is IMPOSSIBLE to look at any picture of either you or the lovely wife without smiling.....your smiles make me smile
    2) I heard from Coco or Wpyogi that they had moved the folks in Sagi and Libra I think the day before the storm and I thought how sad to have to leave Sagi but I also thought...that B$%^&* Sandy (no offense Pooper) better leave my house alone! LOL

But yeah those waves can get pretty big at Catcha!
I remember when we were there in April and the seas were rough it sounded like the waves were going to join us in the room! lol
That one shot of the waves over Ivan's is fantastic!
    I mean WOW!!!!

    Very good stuff!
Ivan's Bar is named after Hurricane Ivan. HI did some damage up at Catcha and a new bar was born!

    Enjoying your trip reports!

    Thanks,
