I am anxious to see the responses to this thread as Amanda and I have been looking there as well .... We met with them our last two trips.

one day it will be a beautiful place but be prepared for a long and frustrating transaction and developers are difficult to work with, one would think they would treat their owners well as same would be great referral source however that does not apply here. once again, one day after development is finished [probably 2+ years which about 4 years late] it will be nice as developers will no longer be a factor

I was kinda felling that. They are not very responsive and takes days to get an thing answered. They are definitely on island time. You would think they would be all.over you once you show intrest.

We have been debating a purchase ourselves but would prefer a little cottage on the west end (1 or 2 br cottage that doesn't have to be on the cliffs or even have ocean views as long as we are within a reasonable walking distance of one love drive). It seems we are both set on the idea but want to know more about what we could be getting ourselves into before we get too serious. Would love to see more threads like this to get better insight (regrets, challenges etc).
