We have been debating a purchase ourselves but would prefer a little cottage on the west end (1 or 2 br cottage that doesn't have to be on the cliffs or even have ocean views as long as we are within a reasonable walking distance of one love drive). It seems we are both set on the idea but want to know more about what we could be getting ourselves into before we get too serious. Would love to see more threads like this to get better insight (regrets, challenges etc).
