Hello fellow Jamaica people, I am so tired of sitting on this fence and I fear I may loose out on the choice unit if I don't make a decision soon...

Would you mind sharing the type of unit you purchased and what made you pull the trigger on buying? please?

My butt got really tired of sitting on that fence, so we put in an offer for one of the few remaining units.... yippy, can hardly wait to stay in my own place! soon come!

I am also from Canada and considering purchasing at LBCC. How have you found it so far? We would like to rent our unit when we are not there to help offset the costs. Has anyone rented and how often ? We just returned from Jamaica and didn't know about this development when we were there. Wish I could go see the development and houses with my own eyes so any advice or feedback to help us make a decision would be greatly appreciated!
