Lately my fav burgers are from Seastar (huge), Canoe & Margaritaville.

Below is a link to a pizza debate on negril.com...

I completely agree about burgers at Seastar - tasty and huge - with great fries. Don't have the funny normal "Jamaican hamburger" taste (which I am not a fan of). Pic from recent trip.

Also, the burgers at Sunset after Dark are also great.

But I think they are closed while Chef Patrick is back in Canada - easy enough to check since on the main road in West End.

I have heard the burgers there were good from many people. The only negative I heard was they were too big. The fish is excellent there too.

As to pizza. My wife and I gave up on finding pizza we like in Negril and just make it ourselves at least once a week. If you have a kitchen you can get away with that. We also like taking coco bread, warming it (toasted or waved), adding a little pizza sauce from a jar and some cheese, heat it a bit more and enjoy.

For pizza, try Angela's at Bar B Barn. I love the plain cheese.

just make sure your kids are prepared, and let them know that pizza and burgers will have a unique Jamaican style and flavor, they won't be exactly the same as what they're used to .... time to broaden their tastebud horizons!
