The owner of Arthur's bar on the beach was Kirk Douglas's water boy during filming of 20,000 league's. My friends and I sat and talked with him for over an hour a couple of years ago.

And while I'm at it .... the cave scene from James Bond - Live and Let Die, was filmed in the Green Grotto cave in Discover Bay. (The Cave is actually more impressive in real life in case you've never checked it out.)
