We stayed at HSH in April and again in October. We love the place, and think it's the best value on the cliffs. During our last stay the entire resort was undergoing some much needed deferred maintenance. Folks staying there in November and December will see an updated and refreshed property.

I met the new owner back in April. He's a great guy and plans on taking good care of the resort. I understand that rates will be increasing, so you may want to book before January to take advantage of the current low rates. Charlie has said the place never made a whole lot of money while he was owner, so I guess it's time.
