All Couples resorts have a money change window. They are currently offering 86J$ to 1 USD. Far from the best rate, but good enough for the convenience. I am at CSA now. Everything else is a cab ride for you to get J's.

You may already know this, but..... NEVER change money on the street. Guys will come at you waving money and claiming they will give you a rate of $90. Don't get suckered.
