10 days in da sand mid beach at white sands yes the famous 2 for one drinks!!!... Then off to Blue cave castle 5 days.. 1 day in delux court yard, then 2 days to my beloved juju's room.... then 2 days penthouse. Then off to my home away from home sea star for a week!!! and then back to bcc and the penthouse for 3 days!!!... Would this work for you?...

Sounds good but too much moving around for me. I check in to the Blue Cave Castle and never want to leave.
I second what Ras Walleye says - too much moving around. I'd stay in one place I love on the cliffs but if you need the beach, split it in two...gives you nuff time in each place without all the "pack/unpack".
30 days is a nice chunk of time to be in Negril....I would split my time in half and spend it on the beach andon the cliffs. I agree with Ras Walleye and Rastagirl....to many moves for me...but if you don't mind living out of a suitcase...go for it!
We moved 3 times in 10 days and really, it wasn't too much for us. We overpacked as usual(well, at least Tam did!) and never wore 1/2 the stuff, so living out of the suitcase was ok. Tam understands how to do it next time. She packed for an AI, with multiple wardrobe changes and fancy dinner wear...this was a NON-AI trip...tried to tell her....
Next time we would do 7 days beach and 3 days cliffs. Tam discovered she is way more a beach person. And I discovered I am happiest when Tam is happy! I like the cliffs better than her, but would only do a 50/50 split...so 70/30 is good for us!

Sounds like you really love it! Enjoy. Some have one "home away from home", others truly have more. This has to be a true endorsement of White Sands, Blue Cave Castle and Sea Star when you choose to split your vacation between these places. I think, high praise for these three places!

If i had a month in Jamaica i'd spend most of it in Negril and some of it in the mountains
