Pimento Wood

For use in a smoker I 'd recommend applewood chips which are easy to find in the US and throw some pimento berrys on the wood for flavor.

Thanks, I have tried that and didn't really get the results I wanted.

It looks just like charcoal, lightweight & dusty...think Royal Oak

I'm more of a "Kingsford" guy myself!
