    I personally have never seen a steel drum band in Negril. I really cant even recall an individual steel drum player. Certainly doesnt mean they dont exisit

    I'd recommend seeing the Seastar Drummers at the Saturday night show. Its hugely entertaining & would be a nice authentic Jamaican alternative.
