Yes, in February. He picked us up on the beach. $25 pp. I called him the afternoon before, so he had a full boat and we went out to the reef. He and his crew were in the water with us, so it really felt well worth the small amount of $. I think if you make arrangements more in advance, you can arrange to go to the island etc. From pick up to drop off back at the beach it was a couple of hours. I'd definitely use him again.
