From the '96 guide an ad for the Rock Cliff Hotel...had a very fine restaurant as I recall. When last I was in Negril it was still in a very sorry state of disrepair (although not yet as bad as T-Water). The Rock Cliff would certainly be a candidate for The Travel Channel's Hotel Impossible.
