We normally stay near Falmouth, so a day trip to Nine Mile is fairly easy. Been there in August of 2006 and January of 2011. It is a wonderful place that any fan of Bob's must go to. Lots of photos and memorabilia. Yes, it has changed a lot since our first visit. More modern, built up, and commercialized. Decent restaurant and gift shop. The guides are quite entertaining (especially Curtis aka "Crazy"). You get to see where Bob grew up, where his mother is buried and where he is buried. The ride up into the hills is worth it alone!!!

I would highly recommend it.
