I served a Fulbright fellowship in Jamaica years ago, and I know there are Jamaican Fulbright applicants that want to study in the U.S. These would be college-age students and would want to study at the university level. You should contact the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy in Kingston to get more information 1-876-702-6000.
