Hi my name is Bob an I am a Negriloholic.

It has taken me awhile to realize that I have a problem but I now know that I too am suffering from PNS. It all started in May 2011 when I made my first and only trip to Jamaica. After vacationing all over Mexico and a trip the year prior to Costa Rica always staying at AI's, I wanted a change, I wanted something totally different than hanging out at the pool trying to eat and drink enough to make sure I got my money's worth.

After looking everywhere I could on T/A I found that Negril was the place. I picked 3 hotels for our 2 week stay, starting with The Palms then Idle Awhile and finishing it off with Citronella. With everything booked except transportation I continued researching Jamaica and Negril and I came across Negril.com That is where I found Alfred's transportation may he RIP.

Okay, everything is set up and we are ready to explore into the unknown - Jamaica and not staying AI.
We arrive at the airport and the first Jamaican that we meet is our driver Michael, he made us feel comfortable and welcomed, he took us to I believe a Hi-Lo in MoBay helped us pick out supplies, we clicked right away and we're already having a good time. The ride to Negril was a blast, the sights, sounds and the conversion, it couldn't have been better I knew that this was going to be good.

A few days later we met up with Michael for a trip to Mayfield Falls, we had a wonderful time and Michael even joined us for our walk up the falls. The whole day was a day to remember. In the end Michael was not only the first Jamaican we met he was our first Jamaican friend.

The rest of our vacation was more than I could have ever imagined. The food was incredible, Cool spot, Country Country's lamb chops, Ragabone's jerk pork, Best of the West jerk chicken I really can't wait to eat there again! Niah patties even Chance's pizza everything I ate, every time I would say this food is unbelievable.

The beach the water the sunsets.... Well you know.

The last 5 day we stayed at Citronella and we fell in love with the place, it was rustic but the view was to die for. We met Aubie at Sir D's, he made us his now famous burger...Wow it was sooo good, We will have to stop by his new place. Other places we hit that I can remember 3 dives, LTU, Catcha, Out of Town pastry's.

There were a lot of adventure's along the way and a lot that I learned like stay away from the guy with the raspy voice on the cliffs, always seemed to get a few bucks off me every time I have seen him.

So here I am taking baby steps, trying to deal with the problem. I have booked my rooms for our 16 day stay in Negril in May, now I have to wait.
Maybe writing this will help if not I will pull the trigger on plane tickets after that I don't know what to do.
