the only thing we really needed to get that we couldn't bring with us was a lighter! We usually say that if we didn't bring it, it wasn't that important anyway....if it is that important, we buy it there. No worries....

Rastagal - lol! I thought I was the only "weirdo" that brings my makeup to JA. I get crap about it all the time. And I'd be bummed if I forgot it, bummed to the point that I'd have it sent or carried, lol.

As far as forgetting stuff - one year I forgot my bathing suit and had to buy one in town. These days we really have it down to a science. Been years since I said "dang, I wish I'd remembered that".
A night light and a flashlight- It gets dark up on them cliffs at night.
LOL - I feel you! I almost forgot my make up too. I ran back and grabbed that bag just before the taxi pulled up to the curb to take us to the airport.
Believe it or not, I remembered to pack plenty of tops... but I forgot to pack my shorts.
Sometimes when you get caught up in all the little things that you anticipate you're going to need, you forget the most obvious ones.
