Thank you. I'll have to check that out my next trip. The property is over 30 years old & on the beach so that is understandable. I live in a condo community built in the early 1980s &, due to the rain & humidity here in FL, we're constantly repairing/replacing all the exterior wood which includes balconies & fences/gates.
