OMG, so happy to have found this thread... and hope someone can help me understand how NBCC works.

I'm going down to stay for 3 nights in a unit which is for sale - I'm hoping this means it's a condo but how exactly does this condo work?

Will 'Jean'? be managing the unit for rental? how much of the rent does this cost?
I'm sure I'll get the scoop in a couple weeks but any insight ahead of my trek down would be appreciated!
