DO you know what building and unit #? From the add....mini mart is no longer opened, tennis courts are no longer, not sure I would call it a health club but there is a gym across the street

You own the condo and Jean Gaynair will manage it for which includes renting it out on your behalf. The percentage of what you get from the rent will have to come directly from Jean. When you're down there, make sure you meet her and get all the details prior to your purchase.

I was a timeshare owner there and now rent condos through Jean. I can't imagine staying anyplace else. I would love to be an owner there and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that one day I will be!

The one off the lobby? I was there in August and it was empty and closed. Sounds like it has been reopened OR are you talking about the gift shop in the corner between bldgs D and E?

That looks like my friend's unit, one floor above my TS unit although the unit # & room # do not match. I've been up there enough to know it's her place & it has been for sale for some time. Also know Margit. That unit has had lots of improvements & upgrades since my friend bought it about 5-6 years ago. If you want to rent it out when you're not there, you can do it on your own or have Jean manage it for you (best option :-) It's a great unit in E block, top floor.

I still have my TS unit for several more years but also rent from Jean when I'm down during non-TS time. Great property in spite of its age.

Took more time to review the site & also realized that's the MLS listing #, not the unit #... oops.

If you don't mind the top floor (great view but hot in the summer), it's a lovely unit. If you're not in good shape, you will be after spending time there - lol.

Jean can give you all the particulars about renting it out through her. There will be monthly condo (Strata) fees to be paid as well as the housekeeping & management fees. I almost bought a different studio condo there years ago but, for various reasons, it didn't happen. Because of this I do know quite a bit about owning a condo for rental at the Beach Club, also why I'd recommend having Jean handle the rents for you. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

I see the last discussion on this was back in April so I hate to dredge up old discussions needlessly but we are booking with Jean(so we should be OK) but am wondering how everything else is going on the site? Store still closed? Legal issues still dragging on?

Lingah by the Sea and Bar is closed.....could be b/c of slow season but fairly certain it's a permanent thing until a new manager can be brought in.

Legal issues continue with Raz Ofer with him sabotaging the entire property. I'm hoping the Jean can keep the condos and other amenities afloat even with her hands tied.

Regardless of all this, I am still looking forward to my Christmas trip!

Just read in the Linga by the Sea post that a new person is taking over the restaurant and bar November 1st.
