If you don't mind the top floor (great view but hot in the summer), it's a lovely unit. If you're not in good shape, you will be after spending time there - lol.

Jean can give you all the particulars about renting it out through her. There will be monthly condo (Strata) fees to be paid as well as the housekeeping & management fees. I almost bought a different studio condo there years ago but, for various reasons, it didn't happen.
