Even though we've had running water for years Izel still does dishes out side at the the pipe on the side of the house. She's an Adventist so will be at church all day so I rounded up the boys early this AM.
First stop was for parts and then out to the yard. Mommy and Ricardo came out. Ricardo cooked ital while Miss G and Mommy and me, Ian and Linston worked on the kitchen.
This may not look like much to you but it's Izel's dream kitchen.
After the work and food it was time to say goodbye for this visit. Much progress was made both physically and emotionally. We are sure that Miss G and I have returned for a reason.
Here's one of our goats named "socks" He's a ram kid so his fate is fixed but he is pretty.
On the way back to Negril we stopped at a grave digging for Weston. Weston is Blacka's father and Ionee's (eye-own- ee) husband. Ionee is Miss Ivy's sister. Miss Ivy was our Jamaican Godmother and Mas Hugh our Jamaican Godfather. Up in the hills everyone is related to everyone. It's a tight community. We're blessed to still be considered part of it even though we were gone for so long
For obvious reasons I didn't take any pictures while we were there. This is just getting started and if we weren't leaving tomorrow we might have stayed all night
