i spent my summers in Negril for 22 yrs, but haven't been able to go for last 5. i'll be coming this year, and would like if anyone knows Blind Tim? he makes beautiful jewelry and he, his wife, his daughter, and grandchildren are dear friends, but i have lost their phone contact. he used to hang out at NYC, when that closed the place nxt to it across from Mi Yard (can't remember the name - Mary's Place??) Please respond if you know him.. Tanks..

Good news that Tim is still around. So many of our Jamaica friends are not with us anymore. We too first met Tim at the Yacht Club. Kay alway bought lots of stuff from him. The last time We saw him was up in Red Ground while We were on one of our "beer walks". We walked and talked for awhile until he turned off in his lane. He promised to come see us at BCC and show us his wares. Which he did. Later on that same reach We were at Sexy Rexy's and Tim shows up out of nowhere. WOW! Did We get blitzed or what? Not sure how We all got home but I think We had our friend P.T. run him back to Red Ground.

oh mi gawd.. what a beautiful pic!! make mi so homesick... tanks much!!! so glad Timmy's ok, hope his wife is too. although i'm a veteran of Negril, i find myself a 'newbie', on this board, and although i was around 'back in the day' when Rob was just getting it started, i find that i don't know the protocol.. i see you're from Nebraska.. what i'm wondering is, do you and Kay go the same time every year, or what?? i'm newly retired and would like to maybe meet up with people closer to mi own age.. any suggestions?

We are usually there for Bob's birthday week and the week before or after. We have lots of friend we've met down there from all over the world. And we all go at about the same time. What a great place!
