What kind of food can I expect at this restaurant that has had many great reviews?
I love their saltfish & ackee.
The best fried chicken....so tasty. For $400J you get a large take-out tray full of chicken, rice and peas, and coleslaw. Specify if you want the spicy sauce or not on the rice and peas. There is usually leftovers so we put them in the fridge for lunch the next day. We have ate there many times. The price I quoted was this past Mar/April/May when we were there.
Fattie does make excellent fried chicken and her main dishes usually include curry chicken,brown stew chicken,sometimes fish. The time of day and how busy she gets can limit what is available at any given time. She might have 1 curry dinner,2 fried, brown stew etc. you might not get 3 fried chicken at that time. Just go with the flow and try what is available or ask if you can come back a little later it is all good.

Here's better location info as the previous given is more than a bit off. It is on the morass side, set back from the road behind what is now a "spa". At least it was a spa last summer. Used to be the Negril Clinic. It's across from Traveller's, not really very close to CI or Bar b Barn at all although it's a lot closer to them than it is to Treehouse or Rondel - lol.
I don't eat meat which is why I can only vouch for the saltfish & ackee. Very reasonable prices, plenty served to have leftovers.
