4th of July/Honeymoon HELP please :)

thinking of heading in 7/1-7/13 for my honeymoon.
been to negril 4 times so i know the lay of the land.

any idea if there are any fireworks, etc on 4th of july? i always visit in april...
also, any suggestions for best places to stay (on beach) for honeymooners would be greatly appreciated! all-inclusive preferred.
wondering the difference between "couples" and "couples swept away"; both are priced relatively the same.

7/1-7/13 is early in "hurricane season", right? i shouldn't have any weather-worries should i???

No fireworks, but this past Fourth of July we went on the One Love Pub Crawl and it was so much fun! I didn't really see anyone make mention of the holiday.

4th of July is an American holiday only as it celebrates Independence Day for America.

Jamaica's Independence Day is in August

The only time I have ever seen fireworks is New Years

And as someone who knows first hand, if you travel during hurricane season, there is always a chance for a hurricane. you just have to hope for the best and deal with anything that comes your way....jamaica, no problem!
