Looking for advice on first trip to Jamaica (honeymoon)

Took my first trip last year... booked CSA... found Negril.com... "met" amazing people with superb advice..... started comparing prices.... realized I could book my own trip for a lot less... found Catcha... canceled CSA... & the rest is history!!! Once you go you know!!!

Couples Swept Away is a terrific choice and I agree with the person who suggested going there first to get the lay of the land. About three years ago a friends daughter was getting married and I suggest CSA for their honeymoon. They went there and loved it! It's got a gorgeous beach and is very romantic.

We made big changes in wedding plans so have been busy starting all over planning that!

We havent talked that much about where we would like stay on the honeymoon but we did get a reply from the travel agent (who is a old friend of my fiances) and said BCC is not travel agent friendly and said she dont recomend it, but we both like it alot and the reviews seem very good.We are looking at spending 4-5 days there.

The next thing is I think we are for sure going to do the CSA and was thinking 5 nights but since ya get the 7th free we might shoot for that if it's offered still when we book.

Not sure what one we are going to hit up first and what one last but in the middle of them stays we might rent one of them island cruisers http://www.islandcruiserjamaica.com/ and head up to ohci rio for 3-4 days and see the falls,bob marley,and might river raft and hit up appelton on the way back to negril

anyone ever drive that route? negril-ochi and then back roads back? looking to head back in the direction of appelton rum estate and then to negril.

we would stay at a small motel or some place cheap in ochi, anyone know a good place that also has parking and cheap rates.

once I heard about the bob marley tour and what happens to a woman if she touchs his bed I said we gotta go

some things we want to do when in jamaica is:

Dolphin cove (fiance always wanted to swim with them so main reason we went with jamaica over amsterdam)
scuba cert. (we both want to do them and think CSA had the best deal)
appelton rum tour
Y.S. falls/pelican bar and also on that tour stop at a school house to drop off stuff

bob marley tour
bamboo raft
planation tour


Other then them things we plan to snorkel alot and swim. We also want to do the pub crawl and see some local food places. cant wait to go to the german resturant, my mom is from germany so cant wait to eat there!

she's not a drinker but I do so for the most part I dont think we are gunna be going out that late at night,dont do it at home but ya never know on vacation. The plan is to get to bed early enough to wake up early,lol, see how that plan works out.
