hey Boots- Ive personally never 'winged it' at the airport... maybe someone else can fill you in on that route... but I usually pre-arrange a driver

Tropical Tours is a big charter style bus they can get you to negril for $25 each. They have a kiosk that can easily be found at the airport.

I'd just ask Country Country to see if they have a regular person. There are options on this website also.

Try juta negril. I've never had to wait very long and it is 18$ one way if you book via their website .
