Any place in Negril that has PepperPot Soup? Had it at treasure beach Yum
The restaurant at Country Country used to have it one day a week as "soup of the day". I don't recall which day. First & best I've had was at Kuyaba, but again, it's sporadic, not available every day.
That is one soup, i dont think I have tried and have never seen it in Negril.
Trip #59 most of February
Think, Pushcart serves it!
Grace Foods has a series of Jamaican cooking demonstrations on youtube. I love watching these .... Here is one where "Grace Kitchens" makes Pepperpot Soup:

always thought of it (and Menudo) as "gut" soup/stew...knowing there was tripe in there...till I tried them both. Yum!!!!
