Norma's is open, as is Seasplash. Never closed when the original owner's took back management of the property last spring. I'm told they have done most of the room updating that was planned - new paint, new A/C units were needed and are in process of recovering furniture. The kitchen has also been upgraded I'm told, and there is a new menu with some new items. More grilled options as well. And still some great desserts, which was always something they had that other restaurants on the beach didn't always offer.
